My swap products I received

Hi There

A few months ago I posted about my first out of city swap with a sweet lady that contacted me, who wanted more information about a post on my blog.  We have since become good friends and chat everyday.  We did a swap as we realized that even though we both live in South Africa, her city has things that mine does not have and vice versa.  She does international swaps with You tube Beauty Gurus and bloggers all the time so she gets stuff that we cant get here in South Africa.   We are currently working on a collaborative swap with her friends overseas and I cant wait.  I will definitely post about stuff that I received.

So in this swap, which was just between us, I needed some things mainly for a friend of mine.  We are in love with Sleek Makeup, but unfortunately Foschini has discontinued it from our stores in Durban.

      Thanks Vuyelwa. Apparently Sleek is supposed to be relaunching soon. Some cities will get Sleek and some wont. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

    Hi, I live in Cape Town and also found that Foschini at Cavendish Square had discontinued stocking Sleek. Do you perhaps have any idea where it will be stocked in future? Same problem with Edgars discontinuing Bourjois, so frustrating.

      Hi. Sorry for the late reply. I know what you mean. Bourjour had some good products. If I am not mistaken Sleek will only be relaunching in the stores that still stock Sleek at the moment. I may have to contact their helpline and find out. Because if they relaunch in Durban, I will be the first one in line. I get coupons for sleek makeup in my Foschini magazine but I cant even used them.

    Can't wait for swatches and reviews on the eye shadow palettes! They look great. Are there matte shades in the palettes? I am getting the rosewater toner from Hey Gorgeous this week :) Can't wait to hear what you think of the oil cleanser.

      Hi There Charlie,
      Sorry for the late reply. I have full pictures and swatches of this palette in my May/June 2012 favourites post. This is my second Au Natural Palette - that's how much I love it! It has a combination of matte and satin shades in the palette.

      I didn't try the Rosewater Toner, I gave the whole bottle to my bff, it was a small bottle and I know she really wanted to try it.
      I tried the oil twice, it was really nice. I am obsessed with coconut oil as a cleanser at the moment, but I really do like the cleansing oil and the bottle is quite big.
